Refurbishment / Conversion / Extensions. Up to 75% loan to value net of fees upon completion with facilities up to 70% Loan to gross development value.

Light refurbishment. Ideal for investors who are adding value where up to 70% of the gross development value can be secured.

Conversion to flats or back to a house. Converting a house to flats or vice versa our experience delivers and we can tailor solutions to meet the needs of the project

Extensions and loft conversion. With terms, up to 18 months we can provide time to complete works and sell or refinance
